For example, if a flight attendant fails to quickly prepare and serve foods and drinks and provide other services to on-board passengers, it will result in chaos in the cabin. Furthermore, a flight attendant is required to have a high level of attention to be able to follow flight instructions precisely and in some cases carry out them.
Pilot as an individual who is responsible for lives of many people on board is required to have very high cognitive skills. Estimation and analysis of data are among the most important issues that a professional pilot should excel at. It is undoubtedly accepted that airlines can reduce their risks through conducting pre-employment cognitive tests.
