Banking

A banker needs precise analysis, cognitive control, ability to make right decisions, logic, and estimation skills more than anything else.

Decisions of a few people may easily affect lives of millions of others. Decisions made by these few people may turn so many others poor or rich overnight. Such decisions may increase or destruct wealth of a nation. Bankers and individuals who make important economic and financial decisions are among those few people. Cognitive science plays a decisive role in this specialty. A banker needs precise analysis, cognitive control, ability to make right decisions, logic, and estimation skills more than anything else. For example, if a banker makes a mistake in analysis and calculations, his/her bank’s beneficiaries will incur huge losses. In today’s world, failure of a banker in making a right and timely decision will cost him/her a fortune in future. If economists make precise and right decisions, they will be able to promise welfare to their people.
